Jennifer Irani Beckett, Human Resources Consultant

Jennifer has an M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University and a B.S. degree in Psychology from Towson University. She has 6 years of HR experience working with a variety of industries. She has experience supporting employees across multiple states, up to 1,000 employees. Jennifer has supported all levels of employees, including hourly associates, General Managers and C-Suite level executives.

Jennifer has extensive experience in employee relations and investigations, ranging from minor infractions to major discrimination complaints and everything in between. Jennifer has simultaneously supported both union and non-union work groups, and has been part of union negotiations. 

Jennifer has created and facilitated training virtually to management teams and has written policies as well as employee handbooks. She has worked in many sectors of HR to include performance management, ADA/FMLA administration, HR audits, employee relations, corrective action/progressive discipline, terminations, full cycle recruitment & talent acquisition, and coaching conversations. Jennifer was part of the testing and implementation process of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Jennifer has worked with her clients on projects such as an ADA process, performance management processes, new hire orientation/onboarding, recruitment support, and policy creation.

Jennifer is advanced in the following systems: SAP/Success Factors, Oracle, Ultipro, iCIMS, Wurk, ADP, Paychex, Ease, Zoho People, and Microsoft Office.

Employee relations and workplace culture are Jennifer’s professional passions. She is direct, transparent, and approachable. Jennifer firmly believes that negative workplace culture leads to heightened employee relations issues. She has personal experience working in corporate environments where the workplace culture negatively impacted moral, productivity and retention. She is committed to partnering with clients who want invested, hard-working, top talent.
